Allow user to select the email template they want to send out to client in case of the termination policy
You need permission “Terminate policy” to do this.

On Termination popup, you need to provide:

Effective from: is the termination date, can select any date between policy start date and end date.
Reason: select reason why policy should be terminated.
New Premium with Recalculate button: you need to click Recalculate button to get the final premium of the policy for its actual effective period (which is from policy start date to termination date).
Check/Uncheck box: Send termination email for this policy. If it doesn’t request to send termination email to client, uncheck the option. It is allowable to select any policy termination email template available to client once the box is checked as following screenshot:Status colour Purple title VAR-129 
If you agree, click Terminate button to proceed.
If you select the termination date in the past or today, the policy will be terminated immediately and its status is changed to “Terminated”.
If you select the termination date in the future, the policy will be terminated on future date and its status is changed to “Pending Termination”.
