Name

To input the program name that later can be used for wordings and reports.

Example: Standard Rewards

  • This field is mandatory

Start Date

The effective date of the programs.

Rewards will not be given if the program hasn’t started yet

  • This field is mandatory

End Date

The expiry date of the programs.

System will stop giving rewards after the program expired.

  • If you want a global program that will never expired then please leave it blank

Notification Template

The template used for sending out SMS to clients who eligible for rewards

  • Template must be configured before in Template Configuration Module

  • You can only choose an existing SMS template

  • This field is mandatory

Email Template

The template used for sending out email to clients who eligible for rewards

  • Template must be configured before in Template Configuration Module

  • You can only choose an existing Email template

  • This field is mandatory

Specify how the amount of points will be calculated for awarding

Points Awarded

Specify amount of points to be awarded when clients are eligible

  • This field is mandatory

  • Can only input positive integer

Attribute Tag

To specify which question in the policy application that system should refer to determine if client is eligible for reward or not.

Example: DeductibleQuestion

  • This field is mandatory

  • You will need to retrieve the correct attribute tag of the question.

Value

To specify the correct value that the answer of the question should be.

Example: 8000

If client provide inputs for Deductible is 8000 then he/she is eligible for reward
