This page shows you how to manage sales opportunities in Seamless, whether you're creating new sales, cloning similar enquiries, updating details, or deleting sales records.

The Sales module helps you track every opportunity from start to close. Each sale is tied to a customer (person or company), a pipeline, a sales stage, and other related activities like tasks, contacts, and notes.

You’ll need the following permissions to fully manage sales in Seamless: View Sales, Create Sales, Update Sales and Delete Sales
If you can’t perform the action, please contact the Seamless support team.

a. The view & The filters

By default, sales are displayed in List View - a table format showing all sales and key details. You can switch to Card View by clicking the

In Card View:

  • Sales appear as draggable widgets grouped by sales stage

  • You can drag and drop sales between stages to update their progress instantly

  • Only one pipeline is shown at a time, so a Pipeline filter will appear to let you choose which pipeline’s sales to view

This view is useful for teams that want a more visual, kanban-style workflow.

Use this to switch between:

  • All Sales (everything in your tenant)

  • My Sales (where you’re the Sales Rep)

Use advanced search to filter by:

  • Account

  • Sales Rep / KAM

  • Pipeline / Sales Stage

  • Product, Status, Amount, Dates, etc.
