Discard quote

1. Introduction

The Discard Quote feature help you efficiently manage your insurance quoting process by providing a method to remove unnecessary or outdated quotes.

a. Before you begin

You should have the following permissions:

• Discard quotes

2. Discard quote

a. Customer quote list

1. Select menu ACCOUNTS > ACCOUNTS

2. Open a customer account

3. Open the QUOTES tab

4. Clicks on the button on a quote

5. The quote is discarded and can’t be reverted

b. Anonymous quote list

1. Select menu INSURANCE > QUOTES

2. Clicks on the button on a quote

3. The quote is discarded and can’t be reverted

c. Waiting for payment quote

For waiting a payment quote, if there is a payment being processed through a third party, such as a billing provider or payment gateway, you cannot discard the quote.
