You need to have the “Delete leads” permission perform this action.

Delete Multiple Leads

The “Delete” button will be enabled after you have selected at least 1 lead to be deleted, it allows you to delete multiple leads at the same time.

Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog. After clicking on “Yes”, all selected contacts will be completely deleted.

Delete Single Lead

To delete a single Contact, you can click on the below button in the Contact List.

Before processing this action, you also need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog. After clicking on “Yes”, the contact will be completely deleted.
