There are 3 types of accounts in the system:

  • Accounts: customers of the organization

  • Leads: potential customers who didn't purchase any quote

  • Contacts: List of contacts recorded for Accounts.

    • Example

      • For Personal Accounts:

        • Himself / Herself

        • Relatives

        • Spouses

      • For Organization Accounts:

        • CEO

        • Representative

  • Target Group: groups of individuals having the same criteria. The target group can be used for triggering documents sent for all individuals in the group (email, checklist, etc)

    • Example

      • Group of customers who bought product A

      • Group of male customers

      • Group of female customers

  • Checklist: a list of items to be fulfilled. You can send the checklist to a specific target group.

    • Example

      • Sending “Insurance Application Checklist” to customers for preparing required documents before submitting an Insurance Application.

  • Household: groups of customers who are living together under the same roof.

    • Example:

      • Household: 46 Adam street, City A

  1. Customer Accounts: Current customers (e.g., individuals or organizations like CEO/Representatives).

  2. Leads: Potential customers without any purchases.

  3. Contacts: Linked to Accounts (e.g., relatives, spouses for personal; representatives for organizations).

You can group customers using Target Groups (e.g., by product or demographics) and manage tasks with Checklists (e.g., sending document requirements). Households organize customers living together.
