Introduction
“Quotes” is the module to manage quotes that are not created for any specific customers (known as anonymous quotes).
When clicking on the menu “Quotes”, all quotes will be displayed, as shown in Quote List.

Prerequisites
You need to have permission to Sell Quotes to access to this page.
Quote List
QUOTE LIST lists all the quotes that have been created in your tenant.

On Quote List, you can:
See the list of quotes that have been created. Each quote has these information:
Reference: a unique ID to identify the quote. You can search for a quote by this number.
Description: a short summary about the quote, usually insured object name.
Product: product from that the quote is created from.
Policy Term: insurance period.
Premium: premium for the insurance period.
Sales Person: user who sells the quote.
Organization: the organization that the quote is created in. This is customer’s organization.
Status: current status of the quote to indicate where the quotation progress is.
Create quote: create a new anonymous quote. See Creating Quote (Anonymous).

The Quote module makes it easy to create, manage, or discard customer and anonymous quotes while keeping track of their statuses at every step.

Quote statuses help you track where a quote stands in the process. There are 3 statuses: In Progress: The quote is being created or updated Completed: The quote is finalized and ready to purchase Waiting for payment: The customer has accepted the quote and payment is pending.

Access Accounts menu → Accounts Open an account Clicks Image Added button Select a product (Optional) Use the Sales Channel filter to narrow down product options. - Image Added
Fill out the Q&A form - Image Added
Clicks Next to review the quote On the Quote Review page, check the premium and coverage breakdown. Adjust options, such as: Previous Insurer: Upload a termination letter Discounts or Loadings: Update these to modify the premium. Payment Options: Affect how the premium is calculated.
Click Accept to add the quote to the Quotes Ready for Purchase cart. Use: Back button: Return to the Q&A form. Back to Quotes List: Go back to the Quote List page.
You can create additional quotes from the Other Products section without leaving the page. - Image Added
