These are the features to help you to create a large amount of accounts via file upload as well as extract the list of accounts based on your filter.

Prerequisites

To use these features, you should have the “Import accounts” and “Export accounts” permission.

Import account

After clicking on the “Import account” button, a popup will display. There are 4 steps to import the accounts

Upload file

In this step, you can download a template file via the “Sample file” download button.

After clicking on the “Next” button, you will go to the next “Select mapping” step.

Select mapping

You can review the mapping between the fields in Seamless and in the uploaded file.

After clicking on the “Next” button, you will go to the next “Preview” step.

Preview

At this step, you can preview the uploaded data.

After clicking on the “Import” button, you will go to the next “Import processing” step.

Import processing

At this step, all uploaded accounts will be imported into the system.

Export account

After filtering the account list, you can click on the “Export account” button, the system will then display a green message:
