See the list of FNOL that have been created. Each FNOL has these information:
Case Title: short description about the FNOL case
Reference: unique identity of a FNOL case
Case Type: always “FNOL”
Entity: related entity
Created Date: date time that the FNOL case is created
Remaining Time
Due Date: due date that the case must complete the workflow. See Configure FNOL Workflow
Priority
Status: depends on the workflow, it will have the status correspondingly to the steps that FNOL case completes. See Configure FNOL Workflow
Assignee: person who is responsible to process for processing the FNOL case
Queue
Organization
Create FNOL case: register a new FNOL. See Create FNOL
Edit FNOL case: edit an existing FNOL.
View FNOL case details: click on claim reference number to see Claim Details. See ? FNOL Details
Search & Filter FNOL: search for FNOL cases on various criteria as below.

Delete FNOL: delete the FNOL case that is wrong or not necessary. See Create FNOL
