Select the Organization, where you want to register the FNOL case in.
Enter the Case Title, which is the short and memorable description title for the FNOL case.
Select Workflow, which defines the steps that need to be taken for the FNOL case. We have one built-in FNOL workflow that you can choose to use immediately.
Search and attach Related Records to the FNOL case. For FNOL case, it’s usually the Account that provides FNOL or the Claim registered after the FNOL is approved. For example:
Enter Address, Phone Number, Email Address information of the claimant.
You might need to change Claim Handler to another person.
You might need to enter some notes about the claimthe Description
Select the Due date to complete this FNOL case.
Add to Queue
Give Priority
Select person who will process the FNOL case in Assigned To field.
Finally, click Register Save button to complete the claim FNOL case registration. The new claim FNOL case will be displayed on the top of the Claim List.Click on the claim reference to view Claim DetailsFNOL List.
