Account: the customer who receives the reward points. Clicking on the hyperlink will open the customer details screen Account Details where you can verify whether the reward points are given correctly or not.
Policy Number: The reference of the policy that triggers the reward points to the customer.
Reward: The name of the reward program Reward Programs.
Awarded Date: the date when reward points are awarded to the customer.
Points: the number points given to the customer based on the reward configuration Reward Programs.

4. Available actions
Manual points: you are allowed to manual give rewards to customers if you have permission “View Reward Logs” and “Create Reward Log”.
Export: an Excel file with all data regarding rewards will be exported and downloaded.
