  1. See the list of FNOL that have been created. Each FNOL has these information:

    1. Case Title: short description about the FNOL case

    2. Reference: unique identity of a FNOL case

    3. Case Type: always “FNOL”

    4. Entity: related entity

    5. Created Date: date time that the FNOL case is created

    6. Remaining Time

    7. Due Date: due date that the case must complete the workflow. See Configure FNOL Workflow

    8. Priority

    9. Status: depends on the workflow, it will have the status correspondingly to the steps that FNOL case completes. See Configure FNOL Workflow

    10. Assignee: person who is responsible for processing the FNOL case

    11. Queue

    12. Organization

  2. Create FNOL case: register a new FNOL. See Manage FNOL (Create/Edit/Delete/Reassign)

  3. Edit FNOL case: edit an existing FNOL.
