Once a claim is attached with a case, you will see this bar on the top of claim details view.

The Task dropdown button will show the current task that you need to do.

Click on the Task dropdown button, you will see other current tasks and next tasks to do.

In the screenshot above, you will see:
Two current tasks: “Appoint surveyor” and “Appoint Repairer (Garage)”.
The next task after “Appoint surveyor” is “Send claim documents to surveyor”.
The next task after “Appoint Repairer (Garage)” is “Check if Repairer appointed”.
Click on “View Workflow” to see what are you standing at in the whole claim workflow.
In the screenshot below, you see you are at “Appoint surveyor” and “Appoint Repairer (Garage)” task (green color boxes).

Close the workflow view, you back to claim details view.
In task “Appoint surveyor”, the task name reminds you to enter surveyor information in the claim form below.

After you enter the surveyor information, this means you complete the current task “Appoint surveyor“, to move to the next task, you need to click on the task “Appoint surveyor“ to move to the next task “Send claim documents to surveyor”.

In the screenshot above, I will click on the task “Appoint surveyor” to move to “Send claim documents to surveyor”.
Then the list tasks in Task dropdown button will be updated. Now you are at task “Send claim documents to surveyor”. When you view the workflow, you see the green box now is on “Send claim documents to surveyor”.

Moving on, you need to do one by one task that appear on Task dropdown button to complete the claim handling workflow.

For user tasks, you need to do tasks manually and click on Task dropdown button to move to the next tasks after you’re done tasks. For service tasks, they will be executed automatically by the system. After they are done, you will automatically moved to the next user task. |
