In order to access the account list, users you should have the “View accounts” permission.

Description

Create Account

User needs You need to have the “Create accounts” permission to see this button.

This button is to open the Create Account form popup where user you can create a new Person or Company Account.

To create a new account, user needs you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.

Edit Account

User needs You need to have the “Update accounts” permission to see this button.

This button is to open the Update Account form popup where user you can adjust information of the customer.

Delete Account

User needs You need to have the “Delete accounts” permission to see this button.

This button is to completely delete a customer account, but ONLY IF the customer does not have any policy, otherwise user you will receive this error message.

Before processing this action, user needs you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
