This is the 1st step to initial the connection between Seamless & Tripletex

Description

Update Credentials

Seamless requires the Consumer Token and Employee Token from your Tripletex tenant to initial the integrations between 2 systems.

Use to trigger the syncing between Seamless & Tripletex.

When clicking on this button:

  • Seamless will export orders (installment payment) that meet the due date to Tripletex

  • Seamless will sync all the status of exported orders from Tripletex to Seamless

    • When the order from Tripletex is closed, the status of installment in Seamless will be updated to be Paid

Retry Overdue Payments

For too-old overdue payments (more than 3 months from the current), you need to manually ask Seamless to get all overdue payments. When clicking the button, Seamless will get all the overdue payments in the past and can get a maximum of 1000 payments per time.

Description

Insured Object Description Format

The description template for the order item or insured object that sent to Tripletex

For instance, if you define the description template in Seamless as Premium for policy: {policyid} ({instalmentperiod} → the order description in Tripletex would be Premium for policy: 10000 10.10.22 - 10.11.22

Supported patterns:

  • {description}: Placeholder for insured object description

  • {instalmentperiod}: Placeholder for instalment period

  • {policyid}: Placeholder for policy id

  • {specialnote}: Placeholder for special notes (adjustment text and settlement text)

Invoice Line Breakup

Define the order line that you would want to show in Tripletex

  • Gross only: one order line with the installment gross amount

Concise mode

Support concise mode to include or exclude all extra text lines (including invoice notes)

  • If yes then the period & policy number line will be in the same line

7. Handling fee

This section allows you to define how to inform Tripletex about handling fees when purchasing policies in Seamless.

Fee type

You can define whether the handling fee is charged:

  • No handling fee will be charged

  • The handling fee will be charged per policy

  • The handling fee will be charged per customer (one customer can be charged once (question))

Fee Product ID

The ID that you use to define the fee. Tripletex will use this code to identify which amount in the transaction is the handling fee

Fee Product Name

Name of the fee when sending to Tripletex

Fee Line Description Text

Description of the fee when sending to Tripletex

Refund Product Id

The ID that you use to define the refund fee. When cancel (or terminate entirely) a policy, the fee will be refunded 100%, and this ID will be used at that time
