Standalone claim module does not have integration with policy system so any policy information should be entered manually.
Create claim transactions
To create a claim transaction, please go Transactions tab, click on the action you want to do, for ex: Add Reserve, Adjust Reserve, Add Payment, Add Recovery, Add Recovery Received.

The list of covers in Cover dropdown on claim transaction popup is picked up from available covers of policy of the claim. Hence, you need to add covers to policy before making claim transactions. To add covers to policy, please click on Edit button on Policy Information section:

View related claims
Related claims tab will display list of related claims based on Policy reference number that is captured with the claim.
