There are 3 types of account in the system:
Accounts: customers of the organization
Leads: potential customers who didn't purchase any quote
Contacts: List of contacts recorded for Accounts.

Representative
Target Group: groups of individuals having same criteria.
Example
Group of customers who bought product A
Group of male customers
Group of female customers
Checklist: a list of items to be fulfilled. You can send the check list to a specific target group.
Example
Sending “Insurance Application Checklist” to customers for preparing required documents before submitting Insurance Application.
Household: groups of customers who are living together under the same roof.
Example:

Customer Accounts: Current customers (e.g., individuals or organizations like CEO/Representatives).
Leads: Potential customers without any purchases.
Contacts: Linked to Accounts (e.g., relatives, spouses for personal; representatives for organizations).
You can group customers using Target Groups (e.g., by product or demographics) and manage tasks with Checklists (e.g., sending document requirements). Households organize customers living together.
