Introduction
Fleet Policies aka Multiple-Risks Policies.
To issue fleet policies, you need to configure a product version with the specific handling of multiple risks option, see Multiple Risks tab. Currently, Seamless support two options of handling multiple-risks policies:
Multiple risks with upload file
Multiple risks with repeating section
Types of fleet policies
Fleet policies using Repeating section:
Usage: this is usually used for less than 10 objects per policy as object details will be captured using Seamless interface.
Fleet policies using Excel upload template:
Usage: this is highly recommended for policies that have more than 10 objects per policy

With Seamless, you can:

This is only available for Fleet using Excel upload file.

Open the Customer Account → choose the account you want to associate with the Fleet Policy Access the Fleet tab Click on the Create button A new Fleet Policy is created with the status DRAFT.
Enter Fleet Policy Details Fill in all required policy information (e.g., policy period, customer details, etc.).
Enter any relevant rating factors. If none are entered, the default value of 0 is applied.
Upload an Excel file containing all objects' information. Ensure the file adheres to the defined template for the selected product version. Template details can be found under Product Version. Refer to <TBD>
After uploading, you can: Preview Premiums: Click Calculate to view policy-level premiums. Reupload File: If there are errors, upload a corrected file.
Once all mandatory fields are completed, the Calculate button will be enabled. Click the Calculate button to generate a result file with premiums. Review the generated result file to ensure all details are accurate. After this, the Confirm button will become enabled. Click on the Confirm button. Select a Payment Option: The Fleet Policy status is updated to ACTIVE, and policies in the Excel file are created. Image Added |

Create a new fleet policy or Open an existing fleet policy Navigate to the Quota Share section Clicks button Select a cover Fills in mandatory fields for a carrier Use the Add (+) button to include additional carriers. A maximum of 100 carriers can be added per cover.
Use the Delete button to remove any carrier from the list. Clicks Save to add new share Ensure the total Share % for each cover equals exactly 100%.
