Introduction
These are the features to help user to create a large amount of accounts via file upload as well as extract the list of accounts based on the user’s filter.
Pre-requisites
In order to Seamless provides features to easily upload multiple accounts and export filtered account lists for efficient management.
To use these features, users you should have the “Import accounts” and “Export accounts” permission.

After clicking on the “Import account” button, a popup will display. There are 4 steps to import the accounts
Upload file

In this step, user can download a template file via the “Sample file” download button.
After filling information into the template file, user can upload the file again via “Upload file” button, or directly drag and drop the file into the section. “Organization” and “Type” are mandatory to proceed the next step.
After clicking the “Next” button, user will go to the next “Select mapping” step.
Select mapping
User can review the mapping between the fields in Seamless and in the uploaded file.
If the fields in the uploaded file do not match with Seamless fields, user can manually select the mappings in this screen.
After clicking the “Next” button, user will go to the next “Preview” step.

Preview
At this step, user can preview the uploaded data.
After clicking the “Import” button, user will go to the next “Import processing” step.
