To modify sale information, click on the button below in the Sales List.

By performing this action, you can access the Update Sale form popup where dialog. Here, you can adjust information of conveniently modify the sale details. It The popup contains the same information as when you create a new sale. You can find more information about creating a new sale [here](https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/Pi5krHSu).
The customer account cannot be changed and must remain associated with a sale.

Earned commission calculated on a Sales
The way Seamless calculates the earned commission:
The earned commission is the total commission of all attached policies
Seamless only calculates attached policies in sales and will not calculate the attached quotes or removed policies.
The policy commission is defined in Policy → Sales Pipeline → Current Sales Stage
If you don't define the commission then Seamless will treat the sales as 0 commission
If no policy is attached, the commission will be calculated based on the commission configuration for the Sale Case → Sales Pipeline → Current Sales Stage.
