You should have the following permissions: View quotes, Sell quotes

  1. Access Accounts menu → Accounts

  2. Open an account

  3. Clicks image-20250121-044528.png button

  4. Select a product

    1. (Optional) Use the Sales Channel filter to narrow down product options.

  5. Fill out the Q&A form

  6. Clicks Next to review the quote

  7. On the Quote Review page, check the premium and coverage breakdown.

  8. Adjust options, such as:

    1. Previous Insurer: Upload a termination letter

    2. Discounts or Loadings: Update these to modify the premium.

    3. Payment Options: Affect how the premium is calculated.

  9. Adjust sales person to identify the commission recipient

    1. When sending quote document via email, you would need to select the recipient

  11. Click Accept to add the quote to the Quotes Ready for Purchase cart.

    1. Use: Back button: Return to the Q&A form.

    2. Back to Quotes List: Go back to the Quote List page.

  12. You can create additional quotes from the Other Products section without leaving the page.

  13. Clicks Purchase to purchase the quote

  14. Select Payment Option and click OK to accept.

  15. (Optional) The quote is moved to Waiting for Payment status for payment-first products.

  16. The quote is converted into a policy, the policy document is generated, and an email is sent to the appropriate recipient.

    1. The quote is removed on the quote list

    2. Refer to Product Settings for policy recipient

You should have the following permissions: Discard quotes

You can use the image-20250121-123106.pngImage Added button on the Quote List to remove unwanted quotes.

  • For quotes in Waiting for Payment status, you cannot discard them if a payment is being processed through a billing provider or payment gateway.

On the Quote Acceptance screen:

  • Quotes are grouped under "Quotes Ready for Purchase" and "Other Available Quotes" sections.

  • Use the arrow-up/arrow-down buttons to move quotes between the sections.

  • Click the Purchase button, select your payment option, and confirm by clicking OK.

Note: Only quotes with the same currency can be purchased together.

Notice that your quote will expire after a predefined period (e.g., 30 days in the image above). After this period, your quote will be changed to Expired and cannot be purchased.
