Introduction
This tab gives you an overview on all cases which are reported for the currently viewing customer.

Action | Name | Description |

This button is to open the Create Case form popup where you can create a new case. To create a new case, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form

Assign user | This action is to assign a specific user to handle the case. | |
| Edit | This action is to open the Update Case form popup where you can adjust information of the selected case. |
| Delete | This action is to completely delete a case. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
