Introduction

PRODUCT DETAILS shows the summary information about an insurance product, including:

  • Name: displaying name of the product.

  • Logo: this is the icon that represents the product.

  • List of product versions have been created for the product.

Prerequisites

You need to have permission to View Products or Manage Products to access to this page.

Main screen

On PRODUCT DETAILS, you can:

  • See the list of Product Versions that have been created. Each Product Version has these information:

    1. VERSION: Version number. The Active version is the version used for sales. Only one version can be active at a time. To activate a version, see Product Version Details

    2. DESCRIPTION: Short description about the version

    3. CREATED DATE: Date that version is created

    4. STATUS: Current status of the version

      1. Published: version is fully updated, ready for sales. Once a version is published, you cannot modify it anymore. If you need to change something, you need to Clone to the new version and make changes then.

      2. Draft: version is in editing mode.

  • Add Product Version: see Add Product Version

  • Clone Product Version: clicking on this button for one version will create a new product version with all the information of the version it’s cloned from.

  • View Product Version details: click on Product Version link in Version column to navigate to Product Version details. See Product Version Details

If the product is currently available for sales, a green notification would be displayed on the top of the page “This product is active and available for sales.” - as shown above.
