Introduction

This tab gives you an overview on all events and histories which happen for the currently viewing customer.

Prerequisites

To access this tab, you should have the “View history” permission.

History

Search by type or keyword

This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories based on a specific event type or keyword e.g Policy activated.

Search by datetime range

This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories within a specific datetime range.

After clicking this Search button, the system will perform searching based on the input criteria.
