Introduction

This is the page where you can view all important information in your organization, it provides 1 central view on different entities in Seamless.

The information is displayed in different widgets.

Available Widgets

Widget Name

Description

Last updated accounts

The last 5 accounts which are updated in your organization.

Last updated leads

The last 5 leads which are updated in your organization.

Cases

The last 5 cases which are created in your organization.

Sales

The last 5 sales which are created in your organization.

Emails

List of emails in your inbox folder.

Calendar

Your outlook calendar.

Actions

Select Dashboard

This dropdown allows you to switch between different dashboards which have been set up in your organization, or your own created dashboards.

Create Dashboard

This action allows you to create a new dashboard.

After clicking on this button, a new blank dashboard will be displayed. Firstly, you need to drag and drop a layout into the new dashboard

After a layout has been added, you can now drag and drop your desired widgets into the layout’s placeholder.

When you have finished setting up your dashboard, you can save it by giving it a name. There are currently 2 types of dashboard: Global (your dashboard can be used by other users in your organization) and Private (Only you can use your dashboard).

Config Layout

This action allows you to set up the layout of the currently viewing dashboard

Delete Dashboard

This action is to completely delete a dashboard.

Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
