Introduction

Promotion function will allow you to create promotion campaign that will give discount to premiums based on a set of conditions.

• If the promotion code requires a manual input from end users, it is categorized as “Promotion code”.

• Released in April: If it is an (system) automatic promotion code, which is a result of automatic system check, it is categorized as “Promotion discount”.

Prerequisites

In order to work with Promotion Code, the Promotion Code feature must be enabled for your tenant.

• View Promotion Code

• Manage Promotion Code
