Roll back to previous product version if you got error with the current active version

  1. On a Product details view, Product Versions list, click on one product version to open its detail.

  2. Click on Activate button to roll back (activate) a product version.

Side notes:

  1. Please make sure that you give a clear description to each product version so that you can easily determine which version you can roll back.

  2. Existing quotes or policies created with previous active product version won’t be updated if you roll back to another product version.

  3. To test the changes applied to the new/rolled back product version, you need to create a new quote.

  4. Please verify the changes carefully in UAT environment before applying them to LIVE environment so that you can avoid “roll back” action.
