Introduction
After being created, a quote doesn’t have any document by default.
Quote Document is manually generated in PDF format.
It shows the details of product, period insured, sum insured, deductible, and premium etc.
Pre-requisites
Users should have the permissions of:
View documents
Generate documents
How to generate quote document
In Quote Summary screen, click the arrow-down button
Click Generate Document button
The PDF can be found at Quote Documents section on the right hand side
Click on the document to download it
Alternatively, users can find and download quote document Account’s Documents tab
How to send quote email
In Quote Summary screen, click Send Document button
The email can be sent to Account’s email or the Seller’s. This depends on the setting for Quote Email Recipient.
