I. Introduction
This tab defines the layout of questions that will be displayed in the quote that uses this product version. When define or update your layout successfully, remember to click on the Save button the save your work
II. Define sales process layout
1. Layout components
On the left-hand side, there is the toolbar, containing the controls that you can drag and drop to the right-hand side panel. This toolbar has these types of controls:
Field | Description |

Layouts | Defines the layout of questions. There are some layouts that you can choose  |
Containers | Controls that are used to add other controls in or group other controls

Repeating section | Product-specific question controls that can be repeated. This section will have question controls when the product version supports Multiple Risks. Multiple Risks questions can be enabled in MULTIPLE RISKS tab. Multiple Risks tab |
Captcha | Captcha control. When adding this control into your product, then users must confirm the captcha before purchasing the quote |
Questions | List of all questions in your product |
System questions | System question controls that is not product-specific. i.e. Start Date, End Date, Effective Date, etc. |
You can drag the control and drop it into the layout to apply the control. Notice, you need to add the section first if needed, then choose the layout, and last choose the question or captcha
2. Layout
a. Choose a layout
You can choose one of those 2 layouts to define:
Default - The layout for the back office portal
Customer Portal - The layout for the customer portal
b. Define a layout
1. Add a question to a layout
When adding a new question to a layout, you will have 2 parts:
The left hand is the display name of the question. When you click on the display name, you can edit to which name that you want to display. The default value will be the question tag
The right hand is the question tag, you can view but cannot change the tag value
2. Move or remove a question in a layout
When hovering over a question in the layout, you will see as the image above
You can move the question to another layout by dragging the icon below and dropping to a layout that shows “Please add item”
You can remove the question when click the X button
3. Edit a column in a layout
When hovering over a column in a layout, you will see as the image above
You can remove the column with the question in it by clicking the X button
You can resize the column with the - and + button
4. Edit a layout
When hovering over a layout, you will see as the image above
You can drag the layout and drop it to another section that you would like to change
You can remove the layout with all the questions in it by clicking the X button
You can add another row by clicking the + button. Notice that a new column is only added when your row has a place for it
You can expand/ collapse the layout with the collapse button
5. Edit a section
When hovering over a section, you will see as the image above
You can edit the section name with the edit button
You can expand/ collapse the section with the collapse button
You can remove the section with all the questions in it by clicking the X button
You can drag the section and drop it to another place that you would like to move
