Policy summary document

1. Introduction

Seamless provides you the ability to generate a PDF document with multiple policies inside, which is called a Policy Summary document.

2. Generate a policy summary document

1. Click the Generate Summary button

2. Select the policies you want to generate. You have the option to customize the policy list by choosing filters at the top of the page.

3. Click the Select button

4. Wait for Seamless to generate the PDF file. The recent file will be displayed on the policy list.

3. Send a policy summary document via email

1. Click the Generate Summary button

2. Select the policies you want to generate. You have the option to customize the policy list by choosing filters at the top of the page.

4. Choose the sending method: you can choose either sending the summary document only, or sending the summary document with all policies' static attachments

5. Click the Next button

6. Choose the recipient: can be one of the seller of the selected policies, or yourself

7. Wait for Seamless to generate the PDF file and send it to the recipient mailbox. The recent file will be displayed on the policy list.
