Dashboard
This page gives you a centralized view of key information across your organization. All data is presented through widgets, each showing real-time updates from different parts of Seamless.
What You’ll Learn:
Available Widgets on Seamless: View the full list of widgets you can add to your dashboard.
Select Dashboard: Choose a dashboard that matches your workflow or focus area.
Setup Dashboard: Create your own dashboard using simple drag-and-drop layouts and widgets.
Remove Dashboard: Delete dashboards you no longer use to keep your list clean and organized.
Available widgets
Widget Name | Description |

Call logs | Last 5 calls made or received |
Claims | Last 5 updated claims in your organization |
Customer | Last 5 updated customer accounts in your organization |
Event/History | The last 10 events of all accounts in your organization |
Cases | The last 5 cases which were created in your organization |
Notes | The last 5 notes which were created in your organization

Leads | The last 5 leads which were updated in your organization
|
Calendar | Your Outlook calendar.

Emails | List of emails in your inbox folder. |
Quotes | The last 5 quotes that were created in your organization
|
Policies | The last 5 policies that were created in your organization
|
Sales | The last 5 sales which were created in your organization |
Last reported claims | The last 5 reported claims |
a. Select Dashboard
Switch between dashboards that are shared across your org or ones you’ve created.
b. Create Dashboard
Start a new dashboard:
Click 3 dots → Create Dashboard
Drag & drop a layout.
Add your preferred widgets into the selected layout
Name and save it as Global (shared) or Private (just for you).
c. Config Layout
Change the layout of the current dashboard (rearrange or resize widgets).
d. Delete Dashboard
Permanently remove the selected dashboard.
A confirmation dialog will appear before the action is finalized.
