Promotion Code

1. Introduction

The promotion function will allow you to create a promotion campaign that will give discounts to premiums based on a set of conditions.

• If the promotion code requires manual input from end users, it is categorized as a “Promotion code”.

• Released in April: If it is an (system) automatic promotion code, which is a result of automatic system check, it is categorized as “Promotion discount”.

Before you begin

To work with the Promotion Code, the Promotion Code feature must be enabled for your tenant.

You will also need below permissions:

• View Promotion Code

• Manage Promotion Code
