Introduction
This tab gives you an overview on all events and histories which happen for the currently viewing customer.
Pre-requisites
To access this tab, you should have the “View history” permission.
History
Action | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
 | Search by type or keyword | This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories based on a specific event type or keyword e.g Policy activated. |
 | Search by datetime range | This option allows you to search for the customer’s events/histories within a specific datetime range. |
 | Search button | After clicking this button, the system will perform searching based on the input criteria. |
