1. Introduction

The Policy Actions & Warnings feature enables you to view important warnings and necessary actions.

a. Before you begin

You need permission to view Policies to access this feature.

2. Policy Actions & Warnings list

  1. Choose Insurance menu → Policy Actions & Warning

  1. The list will display all policies that have outstanding actions and warnings related to the Motor registry, Policy document, and Termination letter.

Each row is the policy and the following information

Field

Description

Policy reference

The reference to the policy

  • You can click on the reference to see policy details

Product

The product name that the policy is created on

Description

The description of the policy

Period

The policy period (Start date - End date)

Number of actions

  • You can click to see policy details

Earliest action date

Date of the 1st action of the policy

Latest action date

Date of the recent action of the policy

Notes: To view the warnings and corresponding actions for that policy, you must access the policy details. If necessary, you can also take action from there (providing that retrying the action is an option and your permissions are adequate).

2. Clear warnings

a. Before you begin

b. Clear warning

  1. Open the Policy Actions & Warning list

  2. Click on the Clear Warnings button

  1. Confirm the dialog

  1. When you confirm, the warning will be removed from the list.

    1. Please note that this action only removes the warning from the list, but doesn’t resolve it. To address the issue, you will need to access the policy details and take appropriate action.

3. Warning indicator on the Policy list

If a policy contains warnings or actions, you will see a small indicator on the Policy list as shown below.
