Name: Name of a Workflow. You can click on the name of the workflow to open the Workflow Details
Type: A workflow can have one of 3 types:
Case management - This type defines the lifecycle of a case (task). See more in Create Workflow.
Automatic - An automated workflow enables the system to execute certain tasks automatically in response to an event trigger.
FNOL - This type defines the lifecycle of a FNOL ( First notice of loss). See more in Create Workflow.
Effective Start Date: A new workflow doesn’t have this information until it is approved by Contemi, the date and time when this workflow starts activated will show on the workflow list.
The Effective Start Date of the workflow is the current date and time by default when the workflow is activated.
When the workflow is deactivated, the Effective Start Date is reset to empty.
Effective End Date: Default to N/A - The workflow will run indefinitely until the workflow is deactivated.
The workflow on the system will no longer be effective when you deactivate the workflow.
Update Date: The last updated date of the workflow.
State: The states of the workflow.
Editing: A new workflow is created with the state of “Editing”. This state shows a workflow is in editing or not ready for use. After setting up or editing a workflow, to use it you need to Send the workflow for Contemi to approve ( see more: Activate / Deactivate Workflow ). After you click “Send for approval”, the workflow turns into the “Awaiting for approval” state.
Awaiting for approval: The workflow is waiting for Contemi to approve to use in the system. Contemi can approve or refuse the workflow in this state.
If Contemi approves the workflow, the state of the workflow will turn into “Approved” on the Workflow list.
If Contemi refuses the workflow, it will turn into “Refused” on the Workflow list
Approved: The workflow in this state is activated and ready to use on the system.
Refused: This state points out that your sent workflow was not approved. You can continue to update the workflow in another way to get an “Approval” state from Contemi.
