Create Note

You need to have the “Create notes” permission to see this button.

This button action is to open the Create Note form popup where you can create a new note for the currently viewing customer.

To create a new note, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.

Edit Note

You need to have the “Update notes” permission to see this button.

This button action is to open the Update Note form popup where you can adjust information of the note.

Delete Note

You need to have the “Delete notes” permission to see this button.

This action is to completely delete a note. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
