Notes
1. Introduction
This is the tab where you can see all notes that have been made for the currently viewing customer.
Before you begin
To access this tab, you should have the “View notes” permission.
2. Notes List
a. Create Note
This action allows you to directly create a new note for the currently viewing customer (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.
b. Edit Note
You need to have the “Update notes” permission to see this button.
This action is to open the Update Note form popup where you can adjust all information of the note. It contains the same information as you create a new note (https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0).
c. Delete Note
You need to have the “Delete notes” permission to see this button.
This action is to completely delete a note. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
