1. Introduction
This section gives you some basic information about the customer, including:
Customer name & status
Customer’s address map
Reference
(Company account)
Org. No
Address
Postcode
Industry
Credit Rating
(Person account)
NIN
Gender
Number
Address
Postcode
2. Edit Account
This action is to open the Update Account form popup where you can adjust information of the customer (Similar to Edit Accountarchived).
3. Compose Email
This option only shows when you connect your Outlook account to Seamless Manage my profile
4. Create Note
This action allows you to directly create a note for the currently viewing customer (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select “Related Records” in the form.
5. Make a Call
This action allows you to directly call the currently viewing customer via his/her Company Phone number.
6. Consents
This action allows you to update the consent settings for the currently viewing customer.
Once saving the settings, the system will also record the user who updated the settings and the update time.
