Choosing the accounts to use in the function. Affect to the To field, Account field and Search quote/ Search policy field

You can choose one or multiple accounts

From

The sender, which is your email address

To

The receiver of the email, can be one or multiple email addresses. There are 2 ways to add email address into the field

  1. Choose from the dropdown list - These are the emails of the chosen customers on the Relatd Records

  2. Input an email address directly to the field

Template

 

List of all email templates in Seamless. View all the email templates in Documents & Document Builder . When choosing a template, the subject and body of the email template will be loaded into the Subject field and Body field

Account

The list of selected accounts from the Related Records field

Entity

 

Choose to generate the information of which quote or policy

Search quote or Search policy

List of all quotes or all policies of the selected account in the Account field

Subject

Subject of the email

Body

Body of the email

Account’s Document

All the documents of the selected account. You can view the list of all documents in Documents . After choosing the document, the email will attach the document when sending

Attachments

When your documents aren’t available on Seamless, you can attach them through this field

After everything is finish, you can click Send to send your email
