Contacts

Introduction

This is the page where you can manage the Contacts for corresponding customer accounts in Seamless.

Prerequisites

In order to access the contacts list, you should have “View contacts” permission.

The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Contacts” menu option.

Contact List

The Contact List provides you some information of the contacts:

In the Contact List table, you can change the column order by dragging and dropping the column name. Additionally, you can select/deselect the columns to be displayed in the table via the column config option:

You can also perform following actions:

Search & Filter

This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Account

If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the contacts who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
