In order to access the sales channel list, users should you need to have the “Manage products” permission.
The page can be accessed via the cogwheel menu, “Sales channels” option.

Reference | Reference of the sales channel, this is a unique field and can’t create duplicate |
Name | Name of the sales channel, can be duplicated in one tenant |
New business sales commission ( % ) | Sales commission for a new business quotes. When a new quote is purchased through this sales channel then this sales commission % will be set as default You can refer to the apply order in this page |
Renewal sales commission ( % ) | |
Organization | Users must select an organization. |
Available products | display Sales commission for renewal quotes. When a renewal quote is purchased through this sales channel then this sales commission % will be set as default You can refer to the apply order in this page |
Organization | The organization owns the sales channel. You can choose 1 organization for owning the channel |
Available products | The list of products that are selling through the channel. You can see and choose all products that are published, activated, and ready for sales.

Buttons: Remove, Include, All, Back, Save | Users You can select one or several products and proceed to remove/include them. Users You can also remove/include All at once by clicking the “All” button. Clicking Back navigates users you back to Sales Channel list. Click Save gets the inputs saved. |
