1. Introduction

The Users module is used to manage users in designed to facilitate user management within the system. In order to To access Seamless, end-users must are required to have an account /or a username, which should can be created by tenant owners , or any users that have with permissions to manage users. 

2. User list

Clicking on the "Users" menu “Users” would will open up the "User list" screen “User list”, as shown depicted below. Information on user list:

  • Edit: users can modify the current user’s information, except username - details in section Edit users 

Username: registered username of the current user, which is used to login to Seamless.

Display name

The displayed name in the user profile.

Username

The username used for logging into Seamless.

Email

The registered email address of the current user.

Created date

The date when the current user was created.

Has site access

Whether the user has access to Seamless or not.

  • The field can be "No" when the user's permission has been revoked or when the user hasn't accessed Seamless for the first time.
