Create

You need to have the “Create contact” permission to see this button.

This button action is to open the Create Contact form popup where you can create a new Person or Company Accountcontact account.

To create a new accountcontact, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form

Delete

You need to have the “Delete contact” permission to see this button.

This button action is to completely delete a contact. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.

Search & Filter

This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:

• Name

• Email

• Phone

• Account

If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the contacts who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
