You need to have the “Create notes” permission to see this button.

This action is to open the Create Note form popup where you can allows you to directly create a new note for the currently viewing customer .To create a new note, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

This action is to open the Update Note form popup where you can adjust all information of the note ().
