3. Create a new sales

To create a new Sale, you can click on the button below button in the Sales List, you can create . You can then proceed to generate a new sale for either a Person or Company account.

The information in the form includes:

a. Account Info

This section contains provides the sale’s sales account information, i.e. including Organization, First Name / Last Name / Company Name, NIN / Org. No, Email and KAM. You only need to fill in name, Last name, etc. You are only required to complete this information if the account ( or customer ) does is not exist available in the systemSeamless.

If you create generate new sales for an existing customer, you can choose that select the customer from the dropdown “Choose menu labeled "Choose From Existing Account” Account" above. Typing any hint part of a customer’s name will limit narrow down the options in the dropdown so you can easily pick the desired , making it easier for you to select the specific customer.Comment:

The dropdown “Choose From Existing Account” is available to search by NIN/Organization Nr. By typing the exact NIN/Organization Nr. would return the matched customer.

b. Sales

This section captures the detail details of the new sale. For example, Pipeline, Sales Stage, Sales Name, Sales Rep., Sales Type… Type, etc. This information is configurable depending on your business needs. See more details at Sales and Distribution Settings.

c. Contact

This section is available for Commercial Customers only, it contains Contacts Contact info for the sale, such as First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone…Phone, etc.

This section is used to capture sale items for a given sale. Sale items are quotes/policies that are created for the sale’s customer.
