Reference of the sales channel, this is a unique field and can’t create duplicate

Name

Name of the sales channel, can be duplicated in one tenant

New business sales commission ( % )

Sales commission for new business quotes. When a new quote is purchased through this sales channel then this sales commission % will be set as default

Renewal sales commission ( % )

Sales commission for renewal quotes. When a renewal quote is purchased through this sales channel then this sales commission % will be set as default

Organization

The organization owns the sales channel. You can choose 1 organization for owning the channel

Allow access to customers and sub-organizations

This checkbox is unchecked by default.

When the checkbox is checked, the organization that you selected and it’s sub-organizations can have access to the channel.

When the checkbox is unchecked, only the organization that you selected can have access to the channel.

Available products

The list of products that are selling through the channel. You can see and choose all products that are published, activated, and ready for sales.

• The left box: displays products that should currently be sold under the current sales channel.

• The right box: displays products that are ready for sales, and can be added to the current sales channel.

Buttons: Remove, Include, All, Back, Save

You can select one or several products and proceed to remove/include them.

You can also remove/include All at once by clicking the “All” button.

Clicking Back navigates you back to Sales Channel list.

Click Save gets the inputs saved.
