To delete a Workflow, you can click on the below button in the Workflow list .

Before processing this action, you also need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog. After clicking on “Yes”, the workflow will be completely deleted.

  • If the workflow is used in a Case Type, you can’t Delete this workflow. You need to follow these steps:

    • First, you need to Delete the Case Type that includes the workflow that you want to Delete. See more: Case Type

    • Then you can back to the Workflow list and Delete the workflow.

  • The Default system workflows are read-only and can’t be Edited or Deleted.
