Reward Program modules allowed you to configure all the necessary reward events where customers done a specific action (purchase a new policy, renew a policy, complete a checklist, download and login to mobile app, etc) and awarded with points to redeem rewards.

1) Access to Reward Programs configuration:

  • You will need to have appropriate authority (user roles & rights) to access the configuration screen

  • Module Configuration > Seamless Loyalty

  • In Seamless Loyalty module there will be Reward Programs. Click on Settings to start the configurations.

2) Configure your Reward Programs

  • You will need to configure a Program before configuring the Rewards belong to that Program

  • Add a new Program by clicking + Create button on screen

Rules & Validations

Name

To input the program name that later can be used for wordings and reports.

Example: Standard Rewards

  • This field is mandatory

Start Date

The effective date of the programs.

Rewards will not be given if the program hasn’t started yet

  • This field is mandatory

End Date

The expiry date of the programs.

System will stop giving rewards after the program expired.

  • If you want a global program that will never expired then please leave it blank

Notification Template

The template used for sending out SMS to clients who eligible for rewards

  • Template must be configured before in Template Configuration Module

  • You can only choose an existing SMS template

  • This field is mandatory

Email Template

The template used for sending out email to clients who eligible for rewards

  • Template must be configured before in Template Configuration Module

  • You can only choose an existing Email template

  • This field is mandatory

Description

Input text to describe your Reward Program. This field is for references purposes only.

  • After your Program created, click on Reward tab to configure your desired rewards.

Program

Select a Program that this Reward is belong to

  • This field is mandatory

  • You can only select an existing Program

Reward

To input reward name that can be used for wordings and reports.

Example: Deductible Reward

  • This field is mandatory

Product

To select product that applicable for this reward

  • This field is mandatory

Event

Specify the event that this reward will be given upon action.

Example: Policy Purchase

  • This field is mandatory

Reward Type

Specify how the amount of points will be calculated for awarding

  • This field is mandatory

Points Awarded

Specify amount of points to be awarded when clients are eligible

  • This field is mandatory

  • Can only input positive integer

Attribute Tag

To specify which question in the policy application that system should refer to determine if client is eligible for reward or not.

Example: DeductibleQuestion

  • This field is mandatory

  • You will need to retrieve the correct attribute tag of the question.

To specify the correct value that the answer of the question should be.

Example: 8000

If client provide inputs for Deductible is 8000 then he/she is eligible for reward
