To adjust information about a workflow, you can click on the below button in the Workflow list.

This action will open the Workflow form popup where you can adjust information about the workflow. It contains almost the same information as when you create a new Workflow. See more: /wiki/spaces/MSUG/pages/6981089

On the Edit mode of a workflow, you can change information in these fields:

• Name of the workflow

• Description field

The fields below will keep the same information that created the workflow and cannot be changed.

• Type

• Business Record Type

Can edit an active workflow?

You cannot edit an active workflow immediately. You have to deactivate this workflow and after that, you can Edit it.

• When opening the Edit mode of an active workflow you can see the “Activate Workflow” is turned on.

• To Edit this workflow you have to click this switch to Deactivate the workflow. Then you can continue to update the Name or Description of the workflow. See more: Activate / Deactivate Workflow
