Introduction
This is the page where you can manage the lead accounts in Seamless; also, to convert the leads into customer accounts.
Prerequisites
In order to access the leads list, you should have “View leads” permission.
The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Leads” menu option.

Lead List

The Lead List provides you some information of the leads:
Name (by clicking on the Lead Name, you will be redirected to the corresponding Lead Details page)
Company
Mobile
Email
Organization
In the Lead List table, you can change the column order by dragging and dropping the column name. Additionally, you can select/deselect the columns to be displayed in the table via the column config option:

You can also perform following actions:
Search & filter

This provides more search criteria for the Lead entity:
First Name
Last Name
Mobile
Email
KAM
Company Name
Address
Postcode
City
Country
If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the leads who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
